I was working on this glossy on and off for a few days. All made in Paint.NET.
I like the work you did on this..........it really looks as though it was rendered with a 3D application. Very nice
This is real cool.
Wow. what. an. amazing. work. of art. It is rare I don't capitalize one-word sentences sooo...
Woah, yeah, this is very cool. Perfect for "you know what"
You better use it for the "you know what."
so, here is the deal. I have placed it inside the splinterface. And it is really really cool, BUT, you cannot really see that it is what it is. I have made it into eyes..... for a virtual/phantom/impressionistic droid's head... the eye sockets are made out of the air vents on the dashboard of deadmau5' Ferrari 458 Spider, the mouth the stereo buttons and the knob a cigar. These are then animated with Xion Player to the beat of the music. The cigar lighting up and the eyes growing and glowing......hahahha.... way trippy, one of my coolest designs i have ever done, imo. So, i used it twice, one for each eye, but it is only 30x30 or so in pixels. My point is that it cannot really be recognized as your art, by itself,wy too small. But it is combined into something that is pretty amazing. I will send you a vid link and you can decide after that. (it i s actually even weirder than it sounds, i left some things out for sake of post length)
Did you try resizing it in Photoshop? And sure, just send me the link.
Well, yeah, but it is only 30 pixels. 1/40 of what it normally is. I am not sayin it looks bad. I think it looks perfect. It just doesn't resemble the above image. The link will come later, likely during your sleep.
What a beautiful glossy ball. I love the lines inside, like neurons in the brain, and the brilliant spots like electricity. I zoomed in to view it at full size, it's a good design Helen! good work!
I'm glad you saw the scientific side to it. I thought it looked like neurons, too, that are sometimes depicted in scientific magazines. Thank you, sweetly for commenting. I really appreciate it, Dani!
Great work ..Lovin the colours
I noticed that with a black background, my go-to colors are purples and pinks and blues mostly. I really like how these colors blend with each other. Thank you sweetly!
Gorgeous what eye candy this piece is beautiful work my friend , did you use the ripple and spirograph for the inside ?
I did use ripple and spirograph for the middle. I never really used the ripple, but it created a cool effect I thought. Thank you, Patty!
Very beautiful, dear Helen!
you still amaze me with your paint.net art!
you are so cool with it
Thank you, Lenka! It's cool that you say that because you're a great artist.
A wonderful sphere my friend A beautiful design!
Thank you, Chris. It's a great compliment coming from an amazing orb creator!
This is....BEAUTIFUL!!!! I am so enthralled with it!
I am so happy you like it, Rhonda. I was excited to finally finish it.
Nice one. Good work.
Glad you like it. I finally figured out what I wanted to do with this one. I couldn't get the middle part of the glossy (the design) the color I wanted until today.
Fantastic work, Helen.
